YOUR COUNTRY'S FUTURE??
Give him a majority in the Congress, Senate, a couple of Supreme Court Justice picks, and boy oh boy is the US going to be in great shape.
Hey, is that a triple cross in the background? Oh no, it's just..........a bookcase.
Now honestly, does that remind you of:
1. Rod Serling
2. Malcolm X
3. Sgt. Friday of Dragnet
4. The President in Dr. Strangelove
5. James Baldwin or Harry Belafonte in the 60's
6. You tell me.

STIMULATE THIS!
Over the weekend I took a look at the STIMULUS PACKAGE.
HA! What a freakin joke!
This thing isn’t going to do a thing for the economy and is only designed to give the politicians in Washington cover. “Hey we tried everything we could to stop this recession” IF IT HAPPENS!
The way I see it, no matter if you pay taxes or not, you are going to get Federal dollars to the tune of $600 per individual and $1,200 per couple.
But wait! If a couple makes over $175,000 they get nothing! I guess my productive ass doesn’t need any stimulating. Thank you!
I also read that the checks won’t go out till this summer. What if this recession, that hasn’t hit yet, doesn’t occur or is over by the second quarter? Is Washington still going to stroke all those checks? YOOOU BETCHA!
Of course, you need to remember that this money is coming from somewhere……TAXPAYERS!
Oh, and here is where the infinite wisdom of Washington kicks in.
In order to assist the mortgage giants Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, both will be allowed to raise loan limits from $415,000 to $630,000 and FHA will also raise their loan limit from $362,000 to $725,000.
That means that the people Washington labels as too rich to get a ‘stimulus’ check, will now be able to get a mortgage subsidy.

DOES W KNOW THERE'S AN ELECTION GOING ON???
I haven't seen this much bipartisanship since the immigration/amnesty fiasco. How did that work out, W?
While everyone was happily celebrating, you just know that the Republican candidates have to be miffed.
Here was a great chance for W to make a strong case for his tax cuts and to spotlight the differences that tax payers will have with a Democrat or a Republican in the Oval Office next year.
You want higher taxes, vote for Hillary or Obama. You want lower taxes, vote for the Republicans. Gee, that's pretty complicated.
Instead, W leaves the Republican candidates hanging in the wind with no choice but to cautiously endorse the package. How about showing them some love, W?
If one is to assume that W gives 2 hoots about his tattered legacy, you would think he'd be somewhat interested in a Republican wining this year because a Democrat victory would pretty much seal his legacy.
Then again, it's W we're talking about here.

THE MANY REASONS WHY I HAVE A PROBLEM VOTING FOR McCAIN.
2. Promoted Social Security credit for illegal aliens.
3. Promoted US court trials for terrorists.
4. Has embraced just about every global warming legislation presented.
5. Was the architect of McCain Feingold. A law that limits campaign contributions by citizens and limits free speech.
6. Opposed the Bush tax cuts......................twice!
7. Denounced waterboarding terrorists.
8. Called for the closing of Guantanamo.
9. Opposes drilling for oil in Alaska.
10. Called the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth "dishonest and dishonorable."
11. Has been a dinosaur Senator for 21 years.
12. Has never held an executive position.
13. Has ZERO business background.
14. He was instrumental in forming the Gang of 14, which was designed to block conservative Bush court nominees.
15. And most important..........................THE MAIN STREAM MEDIA ADORES HIM....................................but only for the time being!

?????

Will somebody tell me what the differences are between these two?
Their liberal policies are relatively the same and I'm sure that if either one were to become President, their administrations would be somewhat identical.
So what's the difference?
I'll tell you what it is, it's RACE AND GENDER!
How ironic that these two Liberal taboo subjects would be epicenter of their campaign.
While the Republican party is being called 'fractured' by the MSM and pundits, it's fractured over ideas and philosophy, not RACE AND GENDER.

THE CLINTONS

Unless you've been under a rock for the last month, you've gotten a bellyful of The Clintons. I know I have.
In a new political twist, Hillary has trotted out her new attack dog...... Bill.
Personally I could care what the two do, but in this case one has to wonder what Bill's role would be if, God forbid, Hillary were to become President.
Do we really want this freak show back in the White House?

Katrina Part 2. THIS TIME IT'S NATIONAL!
In yet another example of Liberal inability to deal with real economic issues, Hillary and Obama are trying to outdo each other in the goody give-away contest.
Hillary has offered a $70 billion stimulus plan that includes low-income fuel assistance, extended unemployment benefits and outright grants to local governments for things such as health care and street repair.
Obama obviously felt like he had to one-up her, offering a $75 billion tax-rebate plan that would send $250 to most working people to encourage immediate consumer spending.
When there’s a problem, just revert to what worked so well with Katrina, and sprinkle $100 bills on the people. How did that work out?. Maybe it will work on a National scale?
Update: And in expected fashion, Georgie jumps in with a tax rebate.

This is funny!
QB for the Packers this coming Sunday. Deanna asserts that she is
qualified to be starting QB because she has spent the past 16 years
married to Brett while he played QB for the Packers. During this
period of time she became familiar with the definition of a corner
blitz, and is now completely comfortable with other terminology of the
Packers offense. A survey of Packers fans shows that 50% of those polled supported the move.
.
Does this sounds idiotic and unbelievable to you? Well, Hillary
Clinton makes the same claims as to why she is qualified to be
President and 50% of democrats polled agreed. She has never run a City, County, or State. When told Hillary Clinton has experience because she has 8 years in the White House, Dick Morris stated "so has the Clinton's pastry chef".
A tip of the hat to P. Handley

Ms. Madeline and her little friends.
In another display of complete hypocrisy, Ms. Albright today called the Bush presidency "one of
While I am not a Bush supporter, I think it takes a lot of nerve for this little munchkin to make such a statement.
And yes, that is Sandy Burglar in the lower right.
NO , PLEASE DON"T!!!!!

I understand that Obama passed out when he got this bit of news.
"Kerry, a senator from Massachusetts, plans to announce his support Thursday at a rally at the College of Charleston, said a Democrat familiar with Kerry's decision."

Is it me................
It appears to me that these guys are so consumed with not ruffling any feathers, that they aren't taking a stand.................................... on anything that matters.
Ask most people what the top 5 things they want out of government and I'll bet you they are:
1. SECURITY.
2. CONTROL GOVERNMENT SPENDING/TAXES
3. ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION
4. EDUCATION
5. IRAQ
Does anyone really believe those Democrat nominees are better able to provide security than any Republican?
If security is provided by a cut-and-run, stick your head in the sand mentality, gutting the military, and loving everything U.N. then yes, these Democrats are perfect
Sure this batch of Republicans in Congress/President have spent money like drunk sailors, but who has a better record of fiscal responsibility? Is there any doubt that a Democrat President will raise taxes? Is there any doubt that a Democrat President will expand already bloated entitlements and bureaucracy?
Does anyone believe words that are rarely spoken by any of the Democrat candidates when it comes to the illegal immigration crisis?
Will any of the Democrat candidates do anything to change the education crisis we presently have? Will these Democrats halt the social laboratory that is today's public education and break from the teachers unions?
Whether you agree with the war or not, it is hard to argue what the Democrat position is. PULL OUT..........................NOW.
Right now, it appears that the Iraq mess is getting handled and a complete pullout, as promised by Edwards and Obama, would be a disaster of huge proportions. Who is better equipped to 'finish' the Iraq mess.?
Is it that difficult for any of these guys to create a simple mission statement that addresses these 5 issues?
